Apex cheat question

So i've never used any apex cheat before and i have no idea what's the meaning of hwid / spoof and how to use it

If that can be explained i will be happy to move on and get one for myself

These are programs that protect your hardware from being logged and banned by the game. It can both protect you from an unexpected HWID ban and bypass one if you have one already 🙂
